The fundraising team raise funds for the S’mart Community to support the school!  

Our regular fundraising events include entertainment books, calendars and cards (where kids artwork gets made into fantastic calendars and cards and more!), and our very successful Touch Rugby competition . This year we also ran a past fundraiser and are also producing a community cookbook as a major fundraiser – it’s looking great and is planned to be available in time for Christmas!

Our biennial fiesta is a great opportunity for the school and wider community to come together as well as being a key fundraising event.  Check out some of the pictures from our last fiesta in 2014 and we are in full swing of planning this years’ fiesta to be held on 29th October. 

Other fundraising events including quiz nights, movie nights, sale of pasta, chocolates and seeds – we can give anything a go, if someone’s keen – a school fun run is something that we’ve been looking at and are keen give it go…..

In addition to parents, the fundraising team includes a fabulous teacher liaison who assists with event planning.  

So if you sign up, what will it involve?

We aim to have one meeting per term, and then we are looking for people to commit to helping out with whatever fundraising activities are planned. For larger events, like the fiesta, we draw on the wider school community to also assist.
